Carob trees, which grow in the Çukurova Region, where Turkey’s most fertile soils are located, grow spontaneously in nature and are not exposed to chemical pesticides in any way. After the collection of carob fruits stored in our warehouses is completed, they are crushed and sieved in our factory. In this process, the kernels of carob fruits are separated. Carob molasses is made from the large grains obtained from the crushing process. Smaller grains are used as animal feed. Carob flour is obtained from the remaining part.
